Crested Butte Oxygen Terms and Conditions
User is responsible for any damage to Crested Butte Oxygen's oxygen concentrator machines while in their possession. Machines that are returned broken or damaged will be charged the full cost of repair or a new oxygen concentrator.
No medical claims or cures are guaranteed and Crested Butte Oxygen is not a medical provider and we do not offer any medical advice. Consult your physician if you have any medical questions.
As per 21 U.S. Code § 360ddd–1(b)(2)(a)(i) - Regulation of medical gases: "Oxygen may be provided without a prescription for the following uses: (i) For use in the event of depressurization or other environmental oxygen deficiency."
The high altitude of Crested Butte is considered an environmental deficiency.
User understands that Crested Butte Oxygen provides recreational oxygen only. We are not a medical provider and do not accept or fill prescriptions for oxygen or oxygen concentrator rentals. We do not bill insurance. Crested Butte Oxygen does not make any medical claims and no cure is guaranteed.
By accepting this disclaimer, the renter holds Crested Butte Oxygen and 3wing LLC harmless of any adverse consequences, foreseen or unforeseen, whether real or perceived and assumes full responsibility for his/her home or occupants, permanent or temporary resulting from the rental of the oxygen concentrator.
Please have the machine ready for pickup by 11am.
If you decide you would like to extend the machine rental - we must be notified either the day before your rental is originally scheduled to end or first thing in the morning on the day of pickup to ensure the machine is available. If we arrive to pick-up the machine and you choose to extend at that time you will be charged an additional $50 fee to compensate us for our time and fuel for the unneeded trip.
If you're staying in a hotel, please leave the machine at the front desk.
If you're staying in a vacation rental, please leave the machine outside your front door in a covered area or with a clean trash bag over it if it is snowing/raining.
If you leave the machine in your accommodation and we are not able to pick it up you will be charged a non-pickup fee of $100.
Late arrivals or early departures due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will not be eligible for refunds.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
We will do our best to deliver by 6pm on the day of your arrival. We will leave machines at the front desk or by your front door if you haven't arrived yet.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. This includes text messaging opt-in data and consent.

All policies are followed as per CTIA guidelines 5.2.1. At any time if you want your information to be removed, you can contact us via our email address or regular mail.
